The Choir and the main façade preserved the ancient structure, while the nave has been modified during the centuries.
The wooden ceiling was changed in XIX century. Then the ancient windows were walled up and the semi-circular windows were opened and decorated with stucco.
The elegant lateral altars with columns and prominent frames belonged to a remake of the XVI century.
The floor in majolica was introduced in XVIII century.
The main altar was rebuilt in the last century. The façade is the only part of the Church that is intact. It is in Romanesque style and before it there is a vast flight of steps.
The portal,rectangular shaped, ended with a pointed arch characterized by decorated jambs with flutings and frames.
The double archivolt has been embroidered with leafs and pine cones.
The triple-lancet window is located on slim Corinthian columns. On the top there is a window dated in '500.
Near the Church there are other building: in the south of the building there is a sixteenth-century big chapel characterized by a cube with a dome. In the north of the building there is the seventeenth-century bell tower divided into three levels.
Between the decorations there is an image of the ox, symbol of the Bove family.
The Church has a lot of sixteenth-century rich altars and Middle Ages sculptures.
