There is a Madonna portrait by Francesco Antonio Altobelli and a Heart of God by Gaetano Spinelli.
During the Easter period the Purgatory Church becomes the point of departure of the famous Holy Friday procession.
The statues march through the streets of the ancient town and during the whole year they are guarded in the Church.
These statues are: “God dead”, also called “nach” that is the artistic golden cradle realized in nineteenth century. There is the “Addolorata” (Our Lady of Sorrows) too, and the reliquary silver cross of the nineteenth century, that guards two little pieces of the God Cross, also called “stauroteca”.
